Refunds
This document is a plain-language summary of the refund policy. Final language will be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
First-month refund
A new member may request a full refund of the first month's fee within thirty days of the first invoice. No explanation is required.
How to request it
Write one line to office@hypocenterinitiative.com within the thirty-day window. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
After the first month
Refunds are not provided for months after the first month. The engagement is month-to-month; a member may cancel at any time by written notice, and the following month will not be charged. Partial-month refunds are not provided.
Exceptions
The founder may, at his discretion, offer a refund or credit outside the standard policy in circumstances he considers warrant it. Any such decision is case-by-case and does not modify the standard policy.
