What follows is a set of written questions. Most take twenty to forty minutes to answer well. There are no right answers. There is only how honestly you can describe the actual life you are living and what you actually want to change.

Every application is read personally by Jack. Every reply is written personally. If there is a fit, he will invite you into a private conversation before any invoice is issued. If there is not a fit, he will say so directly.
